Nathan

Nathan grew up on a family farm in Central Washington, graduated from Eastern Washington University. In his career he has mastered the art of Operations Management and brings the best management skills to BYOB. His love for baseball and sports in general has pushed him to want to make BYOB as big as possible. 

Deme

Deme has lived all over the West Coast but is proud to call Sandpoint her home. Having grown up with an agricultural background, she has proudly represented the state of Oregon as the 2022 Oregon Ms. United States Agriculture and the state of Idaho as the 2025 Ms. Agriculture USA. She now has an extensive Marketing and PR background and brings fun new ideas and designs to BYOB.

Barley + Buckwheat

Barley, Silver Lab, and Buckwheat, Cattle Dog, are the perfect mascots. They have mastered the art of freeloading and sleeping all day while their pawrents do all of the hard work. You can expect to see them during deliveries or going crazy while swimming at the lake. Even with all that said, they're the best!
